What makes Odia hard to collect
Odia is one of India's official languages, but public speech corpora are far smaller than for Hindi or Bangla at the same official tier. Qualified annotators are concentrated in Odisha, so the speaker pool is limited by geography.
This is the part that cannot be templated. Every language has a specific failure mode, and a project that does not plan for it produces data that looks complete and trains badly.
